1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, registering, accessing, or using the G-Fresh Store Mobile App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue the use of our services immediately.

2. About G-Fresh Store

G-Fresh Store is an online grocery and daily essentials platform that allows customers to purchase groceries, beverages, household products, personal care items, OTC products, and other consumer goods for delivery or pickup.

3. User Registration

To place orders through the App, users may be required to:

  • Provide accurate personal information.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.

  • Ensure that all information submitted is current and correct.

G-Fresh Store reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false or misleading information.

4. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age to place orders independently.

Users below 18 years may use the App only under parental or guardian supervision.

5. Product Availability

  • Products displayed on the App are subject to availability.

  • Certain products may become unavailable after an order is placed.

  • G-Fresh Store reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.

6. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹).

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.

  • Payment can be made through:

    • UPI

    • Debit Cards

    • Credit Cards

    • Net Banking

    • Wallets

    • Cash on Delivery (where available)

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation, except for COD orders.

7. Order Acceptance

G-Fresh Store reserves the right to:

  • Accept or reject any order.

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors.

  • Cancel orders due to product unavailability.

  • Verify customer details before processing an order.

In case of cancellation after payment, the refund will be initiated as per the Refund Policy.

8. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

  • Additional delivery charges may apply depending on location and order value.

G-Fresh Store shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control.

9. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered.

  • Damaged product received.

  • Expired product delivered.

  • Missing items in the order.

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.

Perishable products may not be eligible for return unless quality issues are reported immediately.

10. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel orders before dispatch.

Once the order is packed or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

G-Fresh Store reserves the right to cancel any order due to operational reasons.

11. OTC Products

For Over-The-Counter (OTC) products:

  • Customers should carefully read product labels before use.

  • G-Fresh Store does not provide medical advice.

  • Users are advised to consult a healthcare professional before consuming health-related products.

12. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use the App for fraudulent activities.

  • Interfere with App operations.

  • Upload harmful or malicious content.

  • Violate applicable laws and regulations.

Any misuse may result in suspension or permanent termination of the account.

13. Intellectual Property

All content available on the G-Fresh Store App including:

  • Logos

  • Images

  • Graphics

  • Text

  • Product Listings

  • Software

are the intellectual property of G-Fresh Store or respective licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

G-Fresh Store shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages.

  • Service interruptions.

  • Delays in delivery.

  • Product manufacturer defects.

  • Loss arising from misuse of products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

15. Privacy Policy

Customer information is collected and used in accordance with the G-Fresh Store Privacy Policy.

We do not sell customer data to third parties.

16. Promotions & Offers

Promotional offers:

  • Are valid for limited periods.

  • Cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

  • May be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

18. Changes to Terms

G-Fresh Store reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
